On May 4, 2025, our team gathered in Samal Island, Davao City for a day that blended environmental impact with genuine connection. It wasn’t just another event—it was a moment of shared mission, laughter, and legacy.
600 Seeds of Hope: A Commitment to the Planet
With shovels in hand and hearts aligned, our team planted over 600 tree seedlings in a joint effort to restore and protect the natural beauty of Samal Island. These weren’t just trees—they were symbols of our long-term commitment to sustainability and giving back.
This initiative captured the very essence of our People First philosophy. When we give back to the environment, we invest in a better future for everyone. At Valoroo, we don’t just work—we plant hope.
More Than a Meet & Greet
The same day also hosted our Meet & Greet—a joyful gathering of team members from across the region. For many, it was the first time seeing familiar faces in person. And for all, it was a celebration of shared values and deep connection.
It’s this kind of experience that reminds us what Extreme Ownership truly means—taking accountability not just for outcomes, but for the relationships and communities we’re building along the way.
