Valoroo Reunites: Regional Meet and Greets Rekindle Connections.

At Valoroo, we believe in fostering a robust in-person connection within our remote team. That’s why we recently hosted a series of exciting regional meet and greet events across the Philippines! These gatherings provided a fantastic opportunity for Valoroo employees, spread across the beautiful islands, to finally connect face-to-face, network, and celebrate being part of our wonderful team.

Bulacan & Pampanga: Saturday Night Out (March 9th)

The festivities kicked off on March 9th with a Saturday Night Out for Valoroo employees in Bulacan and Pampanga. Employees from these regions flew or drove to Fernando’s Restaurant and Sports Bar Malolos for a night filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and the joy of reuniting with colleagues in person.

Cebu: Sunday Breakfast Buffet (March 17th)

The following weekend saw celebrations begin! On March 17th, a dedicated in-person meet and greet event took place in Cebu. The Cebu crew gathered at the luxurious NuStar Resort and Casino for a delightful Sunday Breakfast Buffet. This event provided a lovely opportunity to reconnect and share stories over a delicious meal.

Bacolod: Sunday Lunch Out (March 17th)

On the same day, March 17th, another dedicated in-person meet and greet event took place in Bacolod. The Bacolod team enjoyed a relaxing Sunday Lunch Out at Rojo’s Banquet Hall (VMA). This comfortable setting allowed colleagues to catch up and strengthen bonds.

Davao: Sunday Chill Night (March 24th)

March 24th saw Valoroo employees in Davao come together for a Sunday Chill Night at Cupsawi Cafe. It was a perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with colleagues face-to-face, and enjoy a laid-back evening with the Valoroo family.

Rizal: Sunday Staycation (April 7th)

The grand finale took place on April 7th with a Sunday Staycation for Valoroo employees from various islands. Held at the stunning Al Fresco De Montaña Staycation & Event Place – Overlooking Rustic House, the event offered an entire accommodation stay in a private resort. This unique opportunity allowed colleagues to bond and create lasting memories through a two-day, one-night retreat filled with activities and laughter.

Cavite: Sunday Dinner (April 14th)

On April 14th, Valoroo hosted a fantastic Sunday Dinner for our Cavite-based employees at Green ATS Restaurant, Tagaytay. The team enjoyed delectable local cuisine, featuring the famous bulalo, refreshing drinks, and a breathtaking view of the Taal volcano bathed in the warm glow of sunset. It was an excellent opportunity for colleagues to connect and unwind in a scenic setting.

These regional meet and greet events, including the recent Cavite gathering, have been a resounding success! They provide a powerful platform for geographically dispersed Valoroo employees to finally meet face-to-face, forge stronger relationships, and experience the spirit of camaraderie that defines our company culture.
