In 2019, Nick Schrock founded Valoroo with Michelle Quach as the silent partner. Previously, Nick was working long hours at a freight brokerage in San Diego, where he led the offshore team in the Philippines, overseeing sales generation and customer quoting. His entrepreneurial spirit had been evident from a young age—he launched his first skateboarding business at 16 and became a professionally sponsored inlining athlete by 13.

Fueled by his passion for creating boundless opportunities, Nick embarked on his own journey by establishing Valoroo. Drawing on his experience in building offshore teams from the ground up, Nick saw the chance to help other businesses thrive by tapping into global resources.

Toni Sinfuego became the first cornerstone of Valoroo’s operations in the Philippines, laying a strong foundation for the company’s offshoring services. With Toni’s leadership, Valoroo successfully launched its offshore solutions, empowering clients with a dedicated, skilled workforce. In addition, Valoroo expanded its horizons with a dynamic nearshoring option in Belize, opening new doors for businesses seeking tailored talent solutions. By 2024, the company’s growth was recognized with a No. 290 ranking on the Inc. 5000 list.
